The OKT is recommended for plugging existent ducts with their cables by manual action.

Quick and easy to install, it selfinflates in seconds. The product doesn’t need either heat or others component to close the duct at the entry point of pipes. Prevents the accumulation of moisture, gas, and liquids in general.

The bladder is fabricated from sheet aluminium, polyethylene, and polyester. It is provided with a system of sealant closing base. The gas used for inflating the bladder is located in a cartridge Co2 pressure that is activated from the outside.

FEATURES

The OKT is triggered by manual pressure, compared to other similar duct systems, based on bags that inflate with pistols injecting air or other gas compressed, provided by a compressor or pressurized bottle.

The OKT system has the following advantages:

• Greater reliability, preventing any risk of deflation from the bags.

• Don’t need any accessory to be inflated.

• It requires no maintenance (periodic calibration of mano-reductor).

The FISS (FIrestop Sealing System)

The FISS (FIrestop Sealing System), is recommended for plugging existent ducts with their cables by manual action like the OKT. It adds excellent fire resistance thanks to an innovative system placed inside.

This element ensures the anchorage and watertightness of the whole formed by the Canal and the subcoducts located inside, avoiding the entrance to both the subduct duct of liquids, chemicals, dirt, rodents, etc. Stainless resistant to conditions existing both surface as well as underground conditions. Available for lines 110, 100 and 90, with subduct of 40 and 32 mm, with 2, 3 and 4 cavities to subduct.

This product has the particularity of being reusable without removing cables already installed. It is possible to adapt this solution to the different technical configurations of our customers.

This element ensures the anchoring and watertightness of the assembly formed by the conduit and the cables housed inside it, preventing the entry of liquids, chemicals, dirt, gases, rodents, and any other element that could hinder or even prevent its use.

Its main innovation is that it allows installation in conduits with connections in service and adapts to a wide range of conduits and cables.

• AGING TEST: 168 h at 70 °C
